About the apartments
Where are you exactly? Are you on the beachfront?
We are at Condestable Zaragoza, 38, on the first line of Poniente Beach in Benidorm. You will have the beach literally at your feet. In addition, we are only a 5-minute walk from the old town.
What are the apartments like? Have they been renovated?
Our studios and apartments are spacious, bright and were renovated in 2016. All of them include a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and flat-screen TV so that you feel at home.
What is the difference between a studio and an apartment?
The study has an integrated living-bedroom area. The apartment has a clear separation, with a separate living-dining room with a sofa bed, offering more space.
Is the kitchen equipped? What does it include?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and all the necessary utensils (dishes, silverware, pots). You also have an iron available.

Are you a good option for families?
Of course! Our location is ideal for families. The beach is right next to us and places like Terra Mítica or Aqualandia are only 10-15 minutes away by car. The apartments with separate living rooms are very spacious.
What can we do near the apartments?
You have everything at your fingertips: the beach, the old town with its restaurants and shops, and a wide variety of shops, bars and entertainment. You are in the heart of it all.
Which beach is closest to you?
We are on the front line of Poniente Beach, one of the main and most family-friendly beaches in Benidorm.
