Our spacious, light-filled accommodation, which was refurbished in 2016, offers all the comforts you need to feel at home. Most of our studios feature a balcony, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The apartments also have a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and you can request a room with a furnished terrace overlooking the sea.
* The keys to the apartments are collected at Hotel Voramar, located very close to the building.

1. Are you a good option for families?
Of course! Our location is ideal for families. The beach is right next door and places like Terra Mítica or Aqualandia are only 10-15 minutes away by car. The apartments with separate living rooms are very spacious.
2. Where exactly are you? Are you on the beach front?
We are at Condestable Zaragoza, 38, right on the front line of Poniente Beach in Benidorm. You will have the beach literally at your feet. In addition, we are just a 5-minute walk from the old town.
3. What is the difference between a studio and an apartment?
The studio has an integrated living-bedroom area. The apartment has a clear separation, with a separate living-dining room with a sofa bed, offering more space.
4. Can smoking be done in the apartments?
No. All of our apartments are smoke-free to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
